Cover cough, avoid touching face

Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick. Cover your coughs and sneezes. If you don’t have a tissue, sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow, not your hands. Wash your hands for 20 seconds after sneezing or coughing, and avoid touching your face. Key words: infection prevention
