Plan for management of ill travelers

Travel increases the chance of contracting and spreading disease. Individuals who are sick or recently exposed to disease should not travel. Travelers should wear masks on public transportation and consult with local and destination guidelines for self-quarantine recommendations. Upon return, travelers with higher risk of exposure should stay home for 14 days. If travelers become ill during that time, they should contact a healthcare provider. Key words: International, airplane, flight, domestic, stay at home, airlines, cruise
